Ken Reimer, Partner, co-founded Venture Commercial Real Estate in 2000. Reimer has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry including work with the Retail Real Estate Group at Price Waterhouse. Reimer has a broad experience level that includes leasing, land sales, development site work and tenant representation.

During his career, Reimer has been intimately involved in 15 major retail developments in the DFW area and often has consulted on all aspects of the entire development process for property owners. In addition, Reimer represents CVS, Starbucks, Baker Brothers and T-Mobile. Prior to starting Venture, Reimer was a Senior Vice President at The Weitzman Group in the Commercial Retail Division where he was a consistently a top ten producer.

Active in the real estate community, Reimer is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and an active member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. In his community he has been a YMCA soccer coach for over 15 seasons, YMCA sports committee member, and active in the Bradfield Elementary Dad’s Club. Reimer earned both a B.B.A. in finance and an M.B.A. from Texas A & M University.
