That’s the challenge and satisfaction of project leasing for Venture Vice President Easley Waggoner Jr., whose 16 years of experience, focus and work ethic have earned him client kudos. Easley handles a diverse project leasing portfolio with a concentration in specialty retail centers like LakeSide Market in Plano, Park Place on OakLawn, The Plaza at Preston Center and The Village at Camp Bowie in Fort Worth.

Prior to joining Venture, Easley worked 11 years as a leasing agent for Maclay Properties Company in Dallas. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Easley earned a B.S. in Psychology at Texas Christian University.
