Assistant Vice President Charlotte T. Walley understands many sides of the commercial real estate market. That’s because she worked for a high end retailer and a preferred Target DFW developer before joining Venture. Her experience translates into value for her clients, who range from developer/landlords to tenants. “I know what developers are looking for in a leasing team and what is important to retailers when deciding on a site at committee,” explains Charlotte, whose outgoing nature and friendly disposition win her friends as well as clients. Charlotte and Venture Partner John Zikos team up on all their business, which currently includes property listings, tenant representation and disposition of Albertson’s stores in Northeast Texas.

Previously, Charlotte worked as a real estate analyst for Chico’s FAS, Inc. (parent company for Chico’s, White House/Black Market and Soma). She also worked in commercial real estate development and leasing with Weber and Company and as a real estate analyst at Seneca Investments. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Next Gen and Retail Deal Makers and is a founder of Dallas Real Estate Ministries’ “Ambassadors” group. Charlotte earned a B.A. in business and psychology at the University of Texas at Dallas.
