Growing up in the DFW real estate business, David Davidson Jr. has seen commercial real estate deals, from land to centers, evolve from the ground up. Prior to joining Venture as an Associate in 2009, David interned with Davidson Real Estate, where he started his real estate education at the foot of his father, a 35-year veteran of the Dallas real estate market. David also interned with John T. Evans Company.

At Venture, David is involved in shopping center leasing, land sales and new developments, working directly with managing partner Ken Reimer.

David is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned his BSFA, majoring in economics with financial applications, in 2009. He is an active member of ICSC. He is also a founding member of Network of Business Associates, a networking group of young professionals in DFW.
