A love for sales and the challenge of fitting together the pieces of a transaction so that all parties walk away happy….That’s what fuels Venture Commercial Senior Vice President Christopher W. Green’s enthusiasm. “Every transaction has its own unique challenges,” says Chris, who has extensive experience in project leasing and also handles tenant representation. “And there are a thousand different ways to make it work. I like the creativity that’s required.” His job is made easier by Venture’s culture, which encourages broker collaboration by focusing on client satisfaction. Among Chris’s project leasing and tenant representation clients are The Children's Place, Regis Corporation and Freebirds! World Burrito. He has also handled the sales of Heritage Towne Crossing in Euless, Texas and Gateway Plaza in Southlake, Texas.

Chris was a founder of Retail Deal Makers in Dallas and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals, X-Team, Make A Wish Foundation, Search Ministries, and Richardson Area Young Life. He earned a B.B.A. at Texas A&M University.
