Venture Commercial completes two transactions for Northern Tool + Equipment to increase its portfolio in Texas

Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate has completed two transactions for Northern Tool + Equipment in San Antonio and Denton, Texas.
Clay Mote with Venture Commercial is master broker for Northern Tool in all markets across the U.S. and is assisting the retailer with its aggressive growth strategy.
Recent transactions include:
- The sale of 3.11 acres of land located at 3601 Interstate 35, south of State Highway 380, in Denton, Texas, which will be developed for a Northern Tool + Equipment store. Stacy Standridge and Thomas Crowell of Standridge Companies represented the seller, Texas Blue Horseshoe, Ltd. Clay represented the buyer, Oppidan Holdings, L.L.C. Financial terms were not disclosed.
- Northern Tool + Equipment leased a future freestanding 20,000 square-foot store, to be built by the landlord, Pleasanton Partners, L.P. The store will be located at the southwest corner of Interstate 37 and Southeast Military Drive at 2905 Goliad Road in San Antonio, Texas and is projected to open in February 2019. Clay represented Northern Tool in this transaction.
