Brian specializes in site selection for landlords, tenants, and developers throughout Texas. With his intimate knowlege of the greater DFW area as well as Texas as a whole he has pre-leased numerous ground-up developments starting with the initial land acquistion through stablization. He has worked with Plaza Street Partners, Hunington Properties, US Inudistries, Red Sky Development, N3 Real Estate and more! He has also supported the disposition of retail properties for national tenants such as 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, and Family Dollar across the DFW Metroplex and West Texas.

Brian represents a broad range of tenants including Freddys Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, 7Brew, Kiddie Academy, KPOT, Ugly Dumpling, TSwirl Crepe, Molly Tea and more!

Prior to joining Venture, Brian was a Principal at Resolut RE for 12 years. He also worked at Integra Realty Resources. Brian is a native of Dallas and a graduate of Jesuit College Preperatory
