Chris specializes in landlord representation and has advised prominent landlords including N3 Real Estate, AMLI Residential, Tonti Properties, Amstar, Hunington Properties, Starpoint, and others. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 600 lease transactions with total consideration exceeding $200 million. He has also supported the disposition of retail properties for national tenants such as 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, DaVita, and Family Dollar across the DFW Metroplex and West Texas.

Chris represents a broad range of tenant clients as well, including Wayback Burgers, Zero Latency VR, Freebirds World Burritos, Verizon Wireless (and other wireless providers), Sirius Day Spa, Xtreme Jump Park & Trampoline Park franchisees/locations (as applicable), Barri Financial Services (as applicable), Redline Athletics (as applicable), Benjamin Moore Paints (and others).
