Nick Hoover, Senior Vice President with Venture Commercial, focuses on land brokerage in DFW’s suburban and urban markets since he joined the company in 2018. Nick is constantly talking with land owners in the markets he works, helping them maximize the value of their real estate and make fully educated decisions. Nick is a strong believer in the Golden Rule, is insanely loyal to his people, and believes that transparency is a crucial component of getting deals done, because, as he says, “Surprises kill deals”. Nick keeps the best interests of the property owners in his areas as his number one priority whether he’s helping them sell their land or just sharing advice because he knows that what goes around comes around. Nick was born and raised in Dallas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, golfing, and camping. He is a proud Highland Park United Methodist Church member.
